Skyrocket Services — QuickBooks Invoice Automation Web App

This End User Agreement (“Agreement”) governs your use of the Skyrocket Services QuickBooks Invoice Automation Web App (the “App”), which connects Google Sheets with QuickBooks Online to generate invoices and related accounting records.

By accessing or using the App, you agree to be bound by this Agreement.

If you do not agree, do not use the App.

The App allows users to:

• Enter or manage invoice-related data in Google Sheets,
• Authorize access to their QuickBooks Online account,
• Automatically create, update, or send invoices and related accounting records.

The App acts solely as a technical conduit between user-provided data and QuickBooks Online.

Skyrocket Services does not:

• Validate accounting accuracy,
• Verify tax compliance,
• Guarantee invoice correctness,
• Provide accounting, legal, or tax advice.

You are solely responsible for:

• The accuracy and legality of all data you input,
• Verifying invoices before sending them,
• Ensuring compliance with tax, accounting, and regulatory requirements,
• Maintaining proper backups of your data,
• Ensuring you have authority to access and modify the connected QuickBooks account.

You acknowledge that incorrect data, formulas, mappings, or authorizations may result in incorrect invoices, duplicate invoices, missing invoices, or accounting discrepancies.

By using the App, you authorize Skyrocket Services to:

• Access your Google Sheets data necessary to perform the automation,
• Access your QuickBooks Online account via OAuth to create and modify invoices and related objects.

This access is used only to perform the functions initiated by you.

You may revoke access at any time through your Google or Intuit account settings.

THE APP IS PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.”

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SKYROCKET SERVICES DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING BUT NOT LIMITED TO:

• MERCHANTABILITY,
• FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE,
• NON-INFRINGEMENT,
• ACCURACY, RELIABILITY, OR COMPLETENESS OF OUTPUT.

Skyrocket Services does not warrant that:

• The App will be uninterrupted,
• The App will be error-free,
• Data will not be lost,
• Invoices will be created correctly.

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

Skyrocket Services shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, consequential, special, or punitive damages, including but not limited to:

• Lost revenue,
• Lost profits,
• Accounting errors,
• Tax penalties,
• Duplicate or missing invoices,
• Regulatory fines,
• Business interruption.

Total liability of Skyrocket Services under this Agreement shall not exceed the amount paid by you to Skyrocket Services for the App in the preceding 12 months, or $100 if no fee was paid.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Skyrocket Services and its officers, employees, contractors, and agents from any claims, damages, liabilities, losses, or expenses arising from:

• Your use of the App,
• Your data or content,
• Your invoices,
• Your customers,
• Your failure to comply with applicable laws.

The App may temporarily process or log operational metadata (timestamps, IDs, errors) solely for debugging and reliability.

Skyrocket Services does not sell your data.

You are responsible for maintaining your own privacy policy regarding your customers.

Skyrocket Services may suspend or terminate your access at any time, with or without notice, if:

• You violate this Agreement,
• Your use creates legal or technical risk,
• Required by law.

You may stop using the App at any time.

Skyrocket Services may modify this Agreement at any time.

Continued use after changes constitutes acceptance.

This Agreement shall be governed by and construed under the laws of the State of New York, without regard to conflict of law principles.
